Come to the October Greendrinks to learn more about this month's featured non-profit, Green Seattle Partnership, a consortium (including EarthCorps, Seward Park Reforestation Project, and many more) working to ensure diverse, invasive-free, sustainable forested parklands supported by an aware and engaged community in which individuals, neighborhoods, nonprofits, businesses, and City government work together to protect and maintain this resource.

THE NEXT GREENDRINKS, WHICH WILL EMPHASIZE CITIZEN ACTION REGARDING OUR LOCAL ENVIRONMENT, WILL BE ON TUESDAY, 14 OCTOBER 2008, HOSTED BY CASCADE LAND CONSERVANCY. The Cascade Land Conservancy is currently the Seattle representative in Coinstar's City-to-City competition. Greendrinks attendees can help CLC's chances by donating coins, as well as the usual dollars, at Greendrinks this month. So, come prepared!
