How to Select & Work with an Architect

Event Date:
Saturday, January 26, 2008 - 4:30pm - 7:00pm

Need an architect? AIA Seattle’s Saturday Seminar can help answer this and other FAQs about what architects and clients can achieve together, and how to achieve the best value for an investment in the services available from professional architects.

Regularly offered monthly at AIA Seattle, a storefront location just outside the Pike Place Market at First & Stewart in downtown Seattle, the seminar helps answer the questions most people have when considering a decision to work with an architect. Architects developed the program to respond to frequently-asked questions about architects' qualification, what they do, and the variety of ways they work with clients on residential, commercial, and other projects. Seminar registrants can also enjoy a continental breakfast and a visit to the Resource Center for Architecture for review of portfolios of AIA Seattle Member Firms. Attendees and others can download a helpful AIA publication, You and Your Architect.

Place: AIA Seattle, 1911 First Avenue
(Storefront between Virginia and Stewart)

Presenters: Betty Torrell and John de Forest

Reservations: Visit www.aiaseattle.org and reserve online or contact [email protected] or call (206) 448-4938.
