Do you have a passion for software that can change the world? Are you interested in building software that helps synthesize massive amounts of data into compelling user experiences to help people make mission-critical decisions?

3TIER is a mature, Seattle-based start up regularly featured in lists of the “fastest growing companies.” We are a global leader in a space we pioneered, renewable energy information services. The information we create helps the world’s most successful energy companies manage the risk of weather-driven renewable energy. You’ll be working hand in hand with world-class meteorologists, developing in a large cluster-computing environment. Our vision, partly realized, is to deliver all of our services over the web – we’ve won awards for what we’ve accomplished already. But, there’s a lot more work to be done, and a world of opportunity to bring your talent and creativity to bear on this revolutionary task.

We work in a fast-paced, agile software development environment. We are located in the heart of downtown Seattle and offer a competitive compensation package that includes equity and other benefits. We are currently recruiting for three software positions. We are looking for candidates with the following skill sets;
• Software Development Engineer in Test
• Software Development Engineer
• Scientific System Programmer

If you are ready to join a dynamic team where your skills will be recognized and work will have a real impact, we want to hear from you. Apply today! Please submit your resume and, ideally, a cover letter to [email protected] to let us know why you are excited to work at 3TIER. 3TIER is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to workforce diversity. 3TIER does not offer visa sponsorship.
