Energy Management Engineer –Multi-Family New Construction #3865

PSE’s Residential Energy Management group is looking for an Energy Management Engineer to join our group to develop and implement a strategic, results-driven sales program to build participation in Multifamily New Construction efficiency programs. This role will develop partnerships through direct sales efforts and outreach to trade allies (HVAC contractors, electrical distributors, architects, engineers) and customer organizations that assist PSE in meeting efficiency program targets. Duties for the Energy Management Engineer include responsibility for day-to-day operations involving quality delivery of PSE energy efficiency programs to Multifamily, commercial and industrial customers to meet program budgets and savings targets.

Required:
•BA/BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3 years of energy management project experience OR;
•Formal energy management training with 5 years of energy management project experience.
•Demonstrated project and/or program management skills
•Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Desired:
•Experience in aspects of program development, including understanding both internal and external processes necessary to market, sell, deliver, verify and track program activity.
•Customer service experience
•Utility industry experience
