The Investments & Partnerships program has been recently established by FSC
International with the goal of accelerating the engagement and contributions of
individuals, foundations, corporations, and government agencies around the world.

The Data Integrity / Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting FSC’s
Investments & Partnerships unit in aggressively growing contributed revenue
worldwide. The position will have broad responsibilities including administrative
support, gift processing, grant oversight, planning and organizing, CRM data entry,
reporting, and analysis, planning and organizing, meeting and travel scheduling, and
other related tasks.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for data entry, tracking of grant and donation transactions, and
report development and generation.
2. Ensure that database information is complete and accurate; develop quality
control processes to facilitate data review.
3. Work with staff to ensure procedural guidelines are fully implemented.
4. General administrative support, including receiving and routing incoming
communication, scheduling appointments and meetings, taking meeting notes,
and supporting the work of Board and staff.
5. Serve as a resource for the organization, acting as a liaison when necessary
between management and key external constituencies such as volunteers,
funders, and community partners.
6. Participate in the implementation of unit planning efforts, including the
establishment of goals and the development of policies and procedures.
7. Other duties as assigned to ensure successful operations.
Reports to:
Operations Manager, Investments & Partnerships
Minimum Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent relevant experience with database administration,
business processes, and office management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
1. Proficient knowledge of database systems, word processing, and project
management. Strong computer skills, MS Office, and minimum 50 wpm typing.
2. Outstanding oral and written communication skills are essential, including the
ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively with both domestic
and international audiences. Proven ability to rapidly draft clear, concise, errorfree
business correspondence.
3. Self‐motivated individual with a high standard of quality for work product who is
effective at assisting others and taking proactive measures to ensure group
efforts are properly supported.
4. Experience in supporting multiple staff members concurrently, with a
demonstrated ability to prioritize work among multiple competing deadlines.
5. Ability to maintain confidential records and information.
6. Working knowledge of principles and procedures of office administration, basic
accounting, file management, and contemporary office equipment.
7. Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required.

The position will be located in Seattle, Washington. For exceptional candidates with a
proven track record of working independently, basing in the greater Seattle area will be
considered with the potential of telecommuting part time. This position will be
administered through the FSC U.S. national office (see www.us.fsc.org) and fully
contracted to FSC International.

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience. FSC US maintains a
