TFT is a global non-profit organization that helps companies and communities deliver Responsible Products. With staff active in 14 countries, TFT is working on a broad range of products using supply chain expertise to identify and address the social and environmental issues embedded in them, with a strong focus on traceability and natural resource management.

Since inception TFT have focused on wood products, providing members with strategic support and comprehensive information about the origin of all tropical wood in their wood products and building responsible supply chains. Having established a strong record of achievement in wood products, TFT are now addressing social and environmental concerns throughout the value chain of a much broader range of products including; Paper, Palm Oil, Cotton, Soy, Stone and Leather & Shoes.

As part of its growth strategy, TFT is seeking to recruit a Malaysian National for the position of Client Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities of this position would include:
- Develop and implement strategic work plans for advancing the production and availability of responsibly produced products with emphasis on palm oil supply chains.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders and field teams.
- Evaluate environmental, social, health and safety aspects in project areas. Develop and deploy strategies on improving social aspects and conflict resolution in project areas.

Candidates with the following background are encouraged to apply:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Science, Business, Social Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in relevant field. - Sound knowledge and experience in technical, environmental and social issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work with businesses on management, supply chain and certification issues.
