GRuB (Garden-Raised Bounty) is a nonprofit organization working to inspire positive personal and community change by bringing people together around food and agriculture. We do this by partnering with youth and low-income families to create empowering individual and community food solutions and by offering trainings, tools, and resources to help build a just and sustainable food system.

GRuB’s Kitchen Garden Project aims to improve the food security, self-reliance, and quality of life of people with low incomes, primarily through the installation of backyard gardens and gardener education programs. We bring together alumni gardeners, volunteers, and youth program participants to build backyard and institutional gardens with low-income people.

• Creating program policies, procedures, and documentation
• Coordinating garden mentors and other resources for new gardeners
