Transform your yard into a haven for wildlife with a low-maintenance, beautiful naturescape with native and edible plants! Join Kimberly Leeper of Mariposa Naturescapes and Heather Swift of Cohabitats to learn how to naturescape - design and install a wildlife-friendly, native and edible plant garden. Once installed, naturescapes require less maintenance than many yards and conventional gardens. They also keep invasive species out of our city, and of course, help native wildlife thrive in a healthy habitat. Learn about the principles of naturescaping and come away with ideas about how to transform your own yard. Bring your gardening and wildlife questions, and sketches, pictures, and the existing plant list of your yard. Our expert instructors will present information, answer questions, and facilitate small group time to help you generate ideas for your own naturescape. Cost is $40.

Read about our instructors and register online at http://eosalliance.org/ea.php. Get ready to enjoy your own naturescape!
