North Cascades Institute seeks a qualified, enthusiastic individual to become the Group Program Coordinator for its field campus in North Cascades National Park. Based out of the North Cascades Environmental Learning Center in Diablo, WA, the coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing a plan to generate earned income through the use of the Learning Center as a conference site to support our other mission-based programs. This position coordinates and manages the Group Rentals program including recruitment, contracting, hosting the groups while on-site, and program evaluation.

Qualifications: Requires BA/BS in science, education, or related field, and experience working with children. Camp and/or teaching experience preferred. Background in art, painting, writing highly desirable. First Aid and CPR certification required by start of work.
