“Local Chefs for Local Farms” seeks to deepen the connection between consumers and the source of their food and teach the benefits and challenges – social, economic and physical – of eating and growing local, organic food. Along with fine cuisine prepared by local chefs, guests participate in a panel discussion with the chef, a local farmer and Trust staff. All proceeds go towards PCC Farmland Trust's mission of preserving and stewarding endangered farmland in Washington.
