This interactive dialogue will include a discussion of third-party certification, potential risks, insurance issues, form contracts, and green regulatory activity.

This month we are very excited to have an opportunity to take a closer look at Seattle’s first geothermal community. The Shilshole Pointe project by JRJ Development at it’s completion, will be a collection of seven Built Green 4-Star homes in the Sunset Hill neighborhood of Ballard. Aside from the Geothermal system, other various features include 50 year metal roofs, super insulated walls and ceiling, Energy Star appliances, low VOC finishes, water conserving fixtures, rain barrels, drought tolerant plantings, and more. 5 of the 7 homes are in varying stages of completion.
