If you want to fill your pantry and refrigerator with basic ingredients to use in your cooking, or are simply curious about learning culinary skills beyond meal preparation, these classes are for you! Bake bread; make jams and jellies; craft cheese and butter; learn the art of fermentation; prepare mustards, herbal vinegars and oils; and learn how to use edible flowers. Ingredients will be hand-picked on Dog Mountain Farm or provided by other local producers, and preparations will be done in the Farm's outdoor kitchen.

Tour the farm with our resident chef, gathering produce and edibles to prepare into a delicious meal enjoyed onsite in our orchard, complete with wine pairings. A great way to entertain out-of-town guests or for a unique lunch out!
